The unique Steinbock effect – the capacity to balance out problematic surfaces – comes from the Qooder’s HTS – the Hydraulic Tilting SystemTM. This is a revolutionary tilting technology which Qooder has had internationally patented. With two drive wheels, double HTS and hydraulic single-wheel suspension, the 4-wheel scooter featuring a sporty, high-quality design offers maximum stability and safety combined with high level of comfort and riding fun. It is powered by a centrally mounted 400cc single-cylinder engine with dual countershaft.
